About
Providing you with the antidote to mass-produced furniture.
Founded in Cambodia in 2017, GOOD WOOD Furniture & Decor creates distinctive furniture and interiors rooted in craftsmanship, natural materials and thoughtful design. From individual handcrafted pieces to complete residential and commercial projects, we work with skilled makers and experienced design partners to create spaces with warmth, character and a strong sense of place. Quality, responsible sourcing and enduring design guide everything we do. We only use certified legal wood sources.
Our products
We offer high quality hand-crafted furniture and home decoration in contemporary, vintage and traditional styles. Our products are crafted in quality, sustainably sourced teak wood.
Our Wood
One of the things we care about at GOOD WOOD is knowing where our teak wood comes from. Our teak is sourced in three ways: reclaimed from old buildings, recycled from existing timber, and from managed plantations rather than natural forests. All our wood is certified legal.
3
Recycled
Recycled wood is repurposed wood gaining a new life having been used perhaps in an old piece of furniture, packaging or manufacturing scrap. Our wall panels and some of our rustic furniture and decor pieces are examples of items made with recycled wood.
2
Managed Plantation
Some of our products are produced from new teak which is grown on a managed plantation. This kind of timber takes 25-50 years to mature and is certified under the V-Legal certification scheme. We never use timber from an original old growth forest.Â

Reclaimed
Our reclaimed wood is from old houses and structures. Already weathered and often from very old wood stocks, this is premium timber with outstanding grain and durability. Most of our reclaimed wood is worked in Forest Stewarship Council certified workshops adhering to strict guidelines.
Projects & Custom

From individual pieces to complete interiors, we work with designers, architects, developers, hospitality teams and private clients to bring projects to life.
Our capabilities include custom furniture, built-ins and joinery, dining and seating, statement pieces, décor and styling. We can work to an existing design brief or develop pieces specifically for a space, with access to skilled local production in Cambodia and the wider capabilities of our highly experienced international design and manufacturing partners, Straxx.
